+ Why don’t you accept opened boxes?
Although you may have not compromised the number of test strips within the tubes or damaged them, we have no way to verify that they haven’t been tampered with, because of this we cannot accept them.
+ What if I send you product that is not on your price list?
Please don't do this. We are only able to purchase the items shown above. If you ship any strips that are not shown here, we are not able to pay for them or ship them back to you. These will be donated. Please review the price list above carefully.
+ Is it legal to sell my extra diabetic testing supplies?
Diabetic Test Strips are an over-the-counter medical supply and therefore completely legal to sell to a third party without a prescription.
+ Can I sell diabetic supplies that are expired, damaged or used?
No, we do not pay for expired, damaged or used supplies.
+ Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. When you request to sell us your supplies we mail you a package at our own expense, containing a return package and a prepaid shipping label. You do not incur any shipping costs when dealing with us whatsoever.
+ Is there a minimum or maximum number of boxes that you will buy?
We do not require a minimum number of boxes and ask that you sell only what you do not need.

+ How does the payment process work?

Sorry, we are unable to accept any boxes that have been obtained through Medicare or Medicaid.
+ Should I remove pharmacy labels?
No, please leave this to us. We remove all pharmacy labels using a specialized method to avoid damage. You may mark over your personal information with a soft black magic marker if you’d like, but please do not remove the label yourself.
+ Do you have an expiration date policy?
Currently we are unable to accept any boxes that are dated BEFORE 2/20. Please do not send any strips that fall before this date.

Please Note: We only accept 12+month expiration on this product currently.
To determine how many months until your test strips expire:
Count the current month as “0” and the next month as “1” and so forth. For example, if the current month is September (month “0”), then if your strips expired in eight months, they would expire in May (month “8”). The diabetic test strips you send us must have a minimum expiration date of at least eight (8) months.
Remember (see FAQ page for more detailed info):
We do not accept boxes with broken seals.
We do not accept boxes with damage! No tears, no dents! Boxes must be perfect.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LABELS as this can damage the boxes and make them worthless.
It is not necessary to mark out information on the labels; labels are removed and shredded.
Magic marker sometimes bleeds through to the box, and pens can leave grooves in the box.
